After taking Ibrance and Faslodex for 10 months, they stopped working. I am being started on Affinitor and Exenamestine. I am wondering how these meds are tolerated and what side effects are related to the meds. Any problem with mouth sores and if so how were they treated.

I have been on bicalutamide 50 mg for the past six years and has kept my cancer in check. I take it for two months and then discontinue for three months and then take it again for two months. I am currently taking Ibrance and Faslodex and waiting to start radiation (for two weeks) to treat the large mass under my left arm. So far no bone or organ involvement although there is a nodule in my right lung.

I took Ibrance , Zeloda & faslodex it didn’t work. Now I am taking vercenzio. I have been on it since oct 3. I have very bad side effects like diarrhea every day 6-7 times, very tired, not Hungary. I was in hospital for 3 days last week due to dehydration.

So, on my 4th set of Faslodex (Fulvestrant) injections, I had a most unpleasant reaction on the third night. Prior to this I was a bit sore and tender but nothing compared to this.
