I'm new here, fighting Prostate Cancer and life is still good.
I know how devastating these words "You Have Prostate Cancer" are. I was diagnosed exactly one week before my 59th birthday on March, 10, 2017. Well guy's, I want to tell those who have recently been diagnosed, that life is far from over. Between March 10, 2019 and April 24, 2019 when I had my robotic

Would anybody know if you could take CABAZITAZEL and still continue taking ZYTIGA, LUPRON and ZOMETA?
Two-part question: First part of the question was: Question regarding CABAZITAXEL (also called: JEVTANA) and if one can be on this chemotherapy drug treatment while also on a combination of other drug treatments such as: (2) ZYTIGA, (3) LUPRON and/or (4) ZOMETA? In other words, would anybody know if

How Long Does it Take a Bone Mets Fracture to Heal?
I really want to know how long a fractured bone takes to heal while on IBrance,
Faslodex
& Xgeva (every 3mos)? In April 2019, after thinking I had a pulled quad muscle for 8 mos, learned I had stage 4 Bone Mets in my left pelvis bone at the mid-point of the hip socket.

Jevtana and carboplatin combo..where to go after
My dad is now going through combo chemo (jevtana and carboplatin). Has anyone else experienced this and if so was it positive? Dad is having a lot of pain and just weak with it. We expected the weakness but not so much the pain. He was continuing to have an increase in psa on taxotere and then jevtana

MEMORY LOSS, WAS IT CAUSED BY THE ESTROGEN PATCHES
Following a positive biopsy indicating that I had prostate cancer (3+4) in late 2013, I began a long ADT treatment protocol that included a combination of Lupron, Casodex, Avodart, Xgeva and Metformin until Februaru 2015. I then switched from Lupron to Estrogen Patches and continued the Avodart and Metformin

Cycle estrogen and casodex/dutasteride
I have been on estrogen patches to lower testosterone. Very effective. Undetectable T and PSAs are 0. No depression. But zero libido, loss of strength, and lower RBC (I think that 0 T is going to cause those regardless of how you get there). So I am going on a combo of casodex and dutasteride. Casodex

Zometa for bone strength to be given only with multiple bone Mets or to all stage 4 patients ? Even stage 4 with multiple lymph node Mets ?
Hi, My dad, 75.5 years old was recently diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer with PSMA PET SCAN showing Mets to multiple distant lymph nodes and one met on the pelvic lymph node. He does not have any pain and got detected due to a constipation problem. His initial psa was 114 ng/ml, Gleason 4+4, he

I have had a once a month
faslodex
shot done the last five months. Blood work is done once a month to make sure the blood count is ok. Every three months I have an infusion done, that is supposed to strengthen my bones. I have compression fractures on my spine.
