Thought I would post an easy recipe which is delicious. Tuna and sweet potato burgers.
450g of mashed sweet potato 2 tins of tuna 1 tsp of chilli flakes ( optional) 180g of onion, diced small 1 egg I clove garlic crushed Wholemeal flour Boil sweet potato until just soft enough to mash. If you do them for too long they become a little too wet Fry the onions, whatever method you like

On a diet and not hungry- is it possible
You see that's when you think something is not right. You count, you go below what your kcal goal for the day was (I was meant to go 1800 but I go 1600) and you are not hungry at all? Well... How much calories can salad have lol
How surprised you get when you count how many kcal you put into salad ;) i've made one for few days- 1050 kcal! But not too bad per 100g- 125kcal. It's iceberg lettuce, plenty of tomato, cucumber, radish, spring onions. Added to it protein in feta cheese and naughty with few cruitons and 3 tablespoons

They weren't too bad at all........
I had the sausage patties for brunch today ( didn't manage breakfast, have been a bit of a whirling dervish since getting up at 6am and only managed to eat at 11.30am). They weren't too bad at all. Anorexia to binge eating
Is anyone else suffering from once being anorexic to now beinge eating/restricting? Our daughter has been labelled as a binge eater but can't get the right help. Has been discharged from normal anorexia help because they are not commissioned to support binge eaters! NHS say binge eating is not funded

a recipe for a curry...by someone who started cooking two weeks ago!

Ok. First 'official day of dieting done! I think that it's due to the fact that I am actually thinking about what I'm eating, but I seem to have eaten loads....but not many calories? Ate too much! How many calories is this?
So yesterday my partner went for a lovely day out to Greenwich and as a surprise he had booked us a meal for on the way home! I ate the following yesterday - small wholemeal roll with 2 WW bacon, Pad Thai and beef stir fry (no idea how many calories this was) a sugar free ice lolly, a soya milk capachino
