Venous thromboembolism in metastatic castration-resistant cancer patients
"These results first suggest that baseline ptDNA fraction in mCRPC patients treated with abiraterone or
enzalutamide
may be associated with increased VTE risk.

Palliative radiation
As far as treatment is concerned, the doctor has recommended pelvic radiotherapy for bone pain followed by
enzalutamide
/docetaxel. Does the radiation have any serious side effect? What about the elevated temperature? Need suggestions. Thanks

Introduction
I'll be switching to
Enzalutamide
next week. I'm also started talking with MD Anderson. Once I become a patient, I will be looking for trials to follow the Lu PSMA treatment. Heck of a fight.

Neutrophil:Lymphocyte Ratio [NLR] in patients with mCRPC treated with Cabazitaxel v. Abiraterone or Enzalutamide in the CARD study
{"ARTA" is shorthand for abiraterone or

- both target the AR axis.} What is a high NLR in this study?

What do you advise? What are your experiences?
Would anyone share their experiences with Lupron depot (leuprolide acetate) with Xtandi (
enzalutamide
) ADT therapy please? Am 72 with advanced metastatic prostate carcinoma in my lymph nodes and cervical spinal column. Gleason 8, Testosterone still high. . PSA was 350 now 150.

In vitro support for Simvastatin
All evaluations were performed on cells treated with simvastatin and with or without AR antagonists (
enzalutamide
, apalutamide, and darolutamide). The combination of darolutamide and simvastatin most significantly suppressed proliferation in LNCaP-LA and 22Rv1 cells.

Hopeful trial been waiting for is finally about to start
Latest Tagawa trial at Weill Cornell combining Actinium, Pembrolizumab and
Enzalutamide
is about to begin, and I will be one of the first participants. I know and appreciate that you all will be pulling for me. I truly hope that this trial will not only help me, but many other fellow warriors.

Abiraterone Abroad?
Hi everyone, Being a UK NHS patient, it looks as though after chemo, my dad will have ran out of options after chemo as the NHS won't offer abiraterone as he has already had
Enzalutamide
beforehand. He has liver mets so won't be able to have ra 223 either.

Enzalutamide versus Abiraterone Acetate/Prednisone
Abiraterone acetate plus prednisone (AAP) and
enzalutamide
(ENZ) are examples of next-generation therapy (NGT) administered to metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) patients.

What Would You Advise Please?
I have been advised to begin: ADT ( GnRH Antagonist) in combination with Apalutamid or
Enzalutamide
or Abiraterone /Prednisolon or Docetaxel. My questions are which of the suggested medications/therapies should I choose if at all (...perhaps do nothing and just let it alone)?

resistant derivatives, and blocked transactivation of the AR pathway.

Are all AR inhibitors the same?
My question: Why not try
enzalutamide
first? MO says all AR inhibitors are the same: "They change one molecule and sell it as a new drug."
