I had 4 oligomets in the spine, stable since a PET PSMA in November 2023 when I started
Enzalutamide

ESMO 2024: Opevesostat (MK-5684/ODM-208) in metastatic CRPC updated CYPIDES phase 2 results
Among these patients, 66 had activating mutations in the androgen receptor ligand-binding domain (AR-LBD), known to confer resistance to standard treatments like abiraterone and
enzalutamide
. Results indicated that patients with AR-LBD mutations experienced higher response rates.

Final lap?
Enzalutamide
stopped working earlier in the year. PSA doubling. Lesion in spine led to pathological fracture and some pressure on the spinal cord. Radiation to spine and pain relieved. Docetaxel started but discontinued due to severe allergic reaction.

Should go into the OMAHA2a ODM-208 (MK-5684-004): phase 3 trial?
The comparator is basically the same as my current treatment with the option of changing from Abiraterone to
Enzalutamide
. I’m not sure of my next best move.

Using Enzalutamide, Darolutamide, Apalutamide only.
I've seen a number of posters here and there who say they use one of the "mides" listed above with no ADT like Lupron, Eligard, Firmagan, or Orgovyx, etc. If so, did you begin that regimen after being on first level ADT for a while along with the 'mide," or did you start on the "mide" alone at the start

Updates to de novo metastatic prostate cancer treatment
Recent guidelines and studies suggest that combining docetaxel with an androgen receptor (AR) pathway inhibitor (like abiraterone,
enzalutamide
, or apalutamide) may offer substantial benefits even in patients with low-volume disease.

Second Line Hormonal
I have been trying to get my Oncologist to prescribe
Enzalutamide
. I have been treated with docetaxel again and thought it might re-sensitize me for another hormonal drug. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with a situation like this.

enzalutamide
, apalutamide, and darolutamide) and androgen synthesis inhibitors (such as abiraterone), with antagonists showing a more pronounced benefit” https://www.urotoday.com/video-lectures/asco-gu-2024/video

ESMO 2024: BMS-986365 in heavily pretreated patients with mCRPC
BMS-986365 is designed to inhibit androgen receptor (AR) activity through a dual mechanism of degrading the receptor and blocking its function, aiming to overcome resistance to standard AR pathway inhibitors like
enzalutamide
and abiraterone.

Seyfried press-pulse metabolic strategy for aggressive advanced prostate cancer
This doctor recently put him on
Enzalutamide
(two weeks now) and he's not sure whether it's making any difference yet. My brother has been on a strict ketogenic diet since being diagnosed and has also used hyperbaric oxygen therapy intermittently and is now using it five days a week.

Relugolix/Orgovyx or Enzalutamide/Xtandi?
He is being given the option between going on Relugolix/Orgovyx with a three pill loader dose and then one pill a day thereafter or
Enzalutamide
/Xtandi, four pills a day. We are trying to decide which one would be best.

Taste Issues and finger neuropathy on Xtandi( enzalutamide) ?
In order to participate in a clinical trial (FOR46 at UCSF) I had to switch from Nubeqa (darolutamide) to
enzalutamide
. Previously on abiraterone. Did really well on both medications. Now 4 months on
enzalutamide
and my 5th research infusion, I'm experiencing some side effects.
