Notably, RM-581 demonstrated superior antiproliferative activity in LAPC-4 cells compared to enzalutamide and abiraterone, two drugs that exhibited a synergistic effect in combination with RM-581.

Even if this is a good start, we are only at the lab rat stage. And I note that the article is published in an MDPI journal, which is "not top tier".

I wrote "hope of the future"..(and maybe hope for mice...😁)But ,seriously, very promising for years to come.Maybe after 6-to 10 years..
