Is it normal to not meet your cardiologist?
Hi everyone , In February I had a operation for a 17mm x7mm kidney stone . After the operation I didn’t feel well but put this down to the operation , then I ended up with a chest infection and a cold . I thought this would be down to my immune system being low . Then I started to have a burning pain

update on the ecg I posted 2 weeks ago!
so was at cardiologist today for my 3 month post ablation follow up for AF. He’s thinking there is a good chance the AF has gone. I showed him the ecg traces from my Apple Watch which some of you had suggested bigeminy PVCs and that’s exactly what they are. He has me on a 24 hour monitor just now to

Paroxysmal AF with new Widening QRS and RBBB.
Hello All: This is my first post. I have become used to my paroxysmal AFIB (don't like it but am used to it), however, I have become increasingly concerned about my very recent increase in my QRS. My EKGs have always be normal except for the AFIB and PVC's etc. But in the last three months (I'm 58

Could this be related to LBBB
I have lived with palpitations off and on for decades never really thought much about them. Mentioned to nurse at a health check who did an ECG and found I had an LBBB. Had 7 day heart monitor not heard results yet and have had a scan 2 weeks ago still no results back yet. For the last 20 years I have

Lexapro and other ssri's. Regressing after raising your dose. Help...
But ive tried so many meds and other treatments (
ECT
, TMS and ketamine) that I'm really scared I've run out of options to try. I'm tired of being a guinea pig. I'm Really afraid and upset. I have a kid so I can't commit suicide but I can't live like this either. It's too painful.

Back on this wild journey ready for EC #3
Getting back on this wild journey in a few weeks time for EC #3. Having had x4 failed transfers over the course of x2 ECs. (Had my last transfer in June, will have had two natural periods since then). For this next EC they are trying something different with my protocol and I’ll be having Gonal F AND

Increased heart rate and chest pain with endo?
Hi, I'm having this more and more often alongside my endo flare ups. Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm not sure what to do or if I should speak to gp. I had an ecg a few months ago and it came back normal.

Thyroid Hormone Transporters in a Human Placental Cell Model
There has long been the received wisdom that T3 does not cross the placenta. I am not aware this has been proved in any level of detail. This paper appears to make that look wrong. Indeed, it appears to identify specific pharmaceutical agents which directly and significantly affect T3 transport

Atrial bradycardia?
ECG shows atrial bradycardia. Does anyone know what this means? My GP has referred me to a cardiologist but I am waiting for an appointment. GP suggested I might end up with a pacemaker as my resting heart rate is between 43-46 beats per minute. My heart rate drops down to 42 during the day when

Ablation Update and Experience of Myocardial Perfusion Test
Good news is I have a new ablation date of 21 July providing my INR settles down. Meanwhile Ive had Part 1 of the stress test that looks at my arteries. I had to stop beta blockers for 48 hours and ensure I had no caffeine at all for 24 hours before the test. After I was hooked up the heart monitor

Variable PR interval
Had a cardioversion today, ecg showed NSR but with variable PR interval. Getting an ECG Monday to see if still in NSR and if it’s settled. Cardiac Nurse also discussed my latest echo and spoke about me having a bicuspid aortic valve but they keeping a close eye. Anyone have any experience of either issue
