The JAMA and the Canadian Fluoride Study. Whose side are they on?
It doesn't take a genius to figure it out and it doesn't take much (in ppm) to build up sufficient damage to your brain cells, your aquaporin channels, let alone your
dopamine
terminals (the bus stops running on time because the terminal is closed down). Take a swig of bleach sometime.

Melatonin and Parkinson Disease: Current Status and Future Perspectives for Molecular Mechanisms
inhibition of some pathways related to apoptosis, autophagy, oxidative stress, inflammation, α-synuclein aggregation, and

DLB
For example, antipsychotics can hasten disease progression for DLB patients, and
dopamine
replacement therapy needs to be carefully titrated, as high doses can worsen hallucinations. The evidence underpinning this management tool kit is in press at Lancet Neurology.

How I reduced my Parkinson’s meds by 50% and beat my addiction to dopamine
Within a year I was taking the standard medication associated with the disease,
dopamine
in its various forms (levodopa/carbadopa, aka. Sinemet).

Can you take sinemet and sertraline (Zoloft) together ?
He has gene SNPs which mean both his seratonin and
dopamine
pathways are blocked. Sertraline is a seratonin reuptake inhibitor but what do you do if you don’t have seratonin to start with. With
dopamine
you take l dopa. What can you take for seratonin?

How Does Smoking Affect Sleep??
You’ll feel physically terrible, and the lack of
dopamine
in your brain will make you irritable and depressed. Talk to friends about how you’re feeling and ask them to help you stick to your quitting plan. Find local support groups.

L-carnosine
L-dopa is often used as a way to maintain
dopamine
levels in Parkinson’s sufferers. Unfortunately, some of the by-products of L-dopa are neurotoxic (e.g. those containing aldehyde groups).

Switch from Ropinirole to Rotigotine
I am considering weaning myself of Ropinirole as it looks like the general view is you should not just switch from one
dopamine
medication to another if you are augmenting.

High Dose Sinemet
You cannot purchase cinemate here and I am wondering whether I should be trying to introduce just a tiny amount of Opicapone every few days in order to stop the breakdown of
dopamine
(as opposed to the massive 50mg per capsule that we have in this country).

DA Withdrawal
I'm now past my day 3 of the
dopamine
agonist withdrawal. I had been taking 0.125/0.0625 mg of Pramipex for the last seven months or so but decided to stop with the fear of augmentation and the fact that Pramipex had clearly made me dependent.

Clioquinol (Zinc Ionophore) and Cabergoline (Prolactin Dopamine Agonist) for the Treatment of Terminal Androgen-independent Prostate Cancer?
Treatment with the
dopamine
agonist, cabergoline, will decrease plasma prolactin level, thereby preventing prolactin-induced progression of androgen-independent malignancy.

The naturally occurring molecule N-acetylcysteine (NAC) shows benefit in a clinical trial for Parkinson's Disease.
The study found improvements in
dopamine
levels, the primary neurotransmitter that is specifically decreased in Parkinson's disease, as well as improvements in clinical evaluations of the patients' mental and physical abilities.

Coenzyme a . Has anyone used this?
I’m just going back through my husband’s DNA report from opus and noticed he has SNPs that mean he has high
dopamine
beta hydroxylase activity. I looked this up and apparently it sulphyryl compounds can inhibit this enzyme. On the list is coenzyme a . I’ve found you can buy it on amazon.
