Left toenail has stopped growing

dx jan 2019. 52 y.o., mild symptoms although internal tightness doesn't feel to mild. left side tightness, some left heel drag, neuropathy in my left pointer finger, some involuntary movement in my left toe. i take sinemet ER (vary my dose trying to figure out what works best but generally 1tab in am, 2 tabs in afternoon and 1 tab in evening. I also am taking HDT B1 (still experimenting with right dose). I do also take sleep meds (gabapentin, requip and klonopin). My question is: my left toenail has stopped growing. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with this and is there anything I'm doing med wise that or supplement wise that could be causing this? I'm thinking it is because of a lack of dopamine reaching my left toe. john
