As the AF affects my BP which keeps rising substantially then falling I am becoming a bit concerned. I am seeing

Dealing with my first AF episode since diagnosis 6 months ago
I have posted a lot in the last few days about various problems this week and can only say thanks for all the help. So the thing is how do I deal with being in AF at the moment. For those who have not read or connected the posts here is a quick summary. I have had a virus which has gone to my chest.

Cardiology Consultant started me on these tablets for angina, but the info. leaflet filled me with dread! Did ask the pharmacist yesterday when I collected the prescription and he was pretty comprehensive, but am not totally reassured. Has anyone else taken them?

hi I was prescribed Bisiporal 75mg once a day, then, after another Hospital visit was prescribed Adizem-KL 120mg once a day...I was told to stop the Bisiporal as the beta blocker was included in the Adizem. I went to my Pharmacy and explained the situation because they make up a dosette box for me on

Emergency by ambulance to local hospital with shaking and trembling, tummy ache (had put on a stone in 3 days due to liquid) and liquid in lungs, and very high BP. Discharged after night on trolley. Back to RB two days

Change of Meds
I have just had my meds changed from Flecainide to Adizem my paroxysmal has changed to persistent and I now need a rate control. I have felt quite agitated and wondered if it was the adizem or the withdrawal from the flecainide I have been on it about 15years. Has anyone had the experience of changing

Blood pressure Medication that ends in PRIL to help kidney disease.
I understand that many are prescribed blood pressure medication to help the kidneys such as medication ending with PRIL. Now I have been on the same meds for blood pressure since 2002 called ADIZEM 180MG take one a day and some years down the link they gave me additional ones called Perindopril 2MG.
