No reputable supplier of supplements would really recommend anything and advise you to talk with your GP (avoid the internet as you could end up taking fake/dangerous drugs). In reality a heathy diet should provide everything you need. I do take Vitamin C after talking with my GP as fatty deposits can be linked with the body trying to heal inflamed arteries (think scurvy and lime juice – limeys). Omega 3 may also be useful. Usually supplements are only required if there are other underlying medical conditions or if an unusual diet is being followed. A friend was advised by their GP to stop following a vegan diet as it was having a negative effect of their health.
