Since starting on 120mg PR I have felt like my heart is thudding and actually getting more PVCs. Has anyone had similar symptoms?

I get the thudding but I don't think I get more ectopics. I put the thudding down to the drug preventing my heart going into 'overdrive', but I have no scientific basis for that, just going by what it feels like.
