Inflatable Penile Implants
I think this topic is appropriate for this group so I will introduce it today since I can't find a prior discussion on the site. Sexuality is very important to me, an 18 year prostate cancer survivor at age 68. It is also important to my partner. My research indicates high satisfaction for each partner

Cryoablation
I'm 8 months out from the procedure and hanging in there. But my energy level is awful. Ever since the procedure and after till now I have no energy and seems to be getting worse. Been depressed also. Has anyone experienced this also?

Your thoughts/experiences please about a change to a high dose of Sotalol (120mg twice a day).
I had a
cryoablation
about 8 years ago. I am concerned about the high sotalol spacing me out particularly as I am going to France on a cycling holiday in 5 days time. I discussed this with them and they said that if I was not getting on with the sotalol to reduce it to 80mg.

what is a good resting heart rate
My heart has just started playing up again after 6 years arrhythmia free following a PVI
cryoablation
This time when I get AF it’s at around 75-85 instead of 180-200 which is what it used to be Do you think this might be valvular AF ( I have moderate aortic valve regurgitation) I ask because my

Cryoablation
Has anyone's energy level been down since their procedure? It has been about 7/12 months after cryo and I just have no pep at all. It is getting warm here and to be in the heat makes it worse.

Ablation update
My new EP opted for initial
cryoablation
to better ensure re isolation of pulmonary veins. However, as I had also been having tachycardia and flutter he may have to go back in to do mapping and further ablate with RF if necessary. I knew all this so am prepared.

Cryoablation vein seepage
My procedure was done yesterday, and I noticed some seepage fro m the groin veins this morning. I overdid it by driving home and that's what caused it. It stopped as soon as I quit driving. Am wondering how serious this is, since I'm new to all this, and on Eliquis. Any input would be greatly appreciated

7 months after cryoablation
Well I'm back. It's been a long haul after the procedure. But the past few days are not so good. Having more flips again and it is scaring me. Is this normal so far out?

Some reassurance and advice please
I had a
cryoablation
at St Thomas August 21 for PAF. I have continued to have reduced incidents. I had a telephone appointment about 6 weeks ago and the doctor asked me to send copies of my AF incidents by email and he would discuss a further ablation with Prof. Gill.

cryoablation
Coming up on my 6 month after procedure. Been doing ok for the past few weeks but just recently my heart is carrying on again a little with more frequent flips and yesterday for a brief moment it stopped or skipped a few beats and I got dizzy and then it started to beat normal again. I had this problem

4 months follow-up after Cryoablation for Paroxysmal Afib
It's been 4 months since I had my
cryoablation
, after which the EP indicated that he thought I was in the 80% success rate. Well, so far, it's been pretty good. No more episodes of paroxysmal A-fib, nor any other odd or unique sensations around my heart.

Two days post ablation
Well, had my
cryoablation
on Thursday, was just relieved when the smiling porter wheeled me in to the ablation suite. Music was playing, (I would walk 500 miles,) Oh how I wish . The array of screens was fascinating. It was to be done under sedation, Midazolam and Fentanyl.

Minimally invasive Surgical Ablation carried out in UK, preparing for surgery
The success rate at 12 months is 85%, occasionally a touch up
cryoablation
is required and sometimes a cardioversion. So countdown begins….. #surgicalablation #minimaze
