I have reached the point after radiation therapy and Lupron therapy over the past 4 years where PSA has started its inevitable increase. The increase is small, but it has tripled in last 3 months. Waiting on results from blood draw on Tuesday. Status is nmCRPC. I’m considering changing my current

An inhalable nanoparticulate STING agonist synergizes with radiotherapy to confer long-term control of lung metastases
Immunotherapy is providing tremendous promise in the new era of cancer treatment. Checkpoint inhibitors and adoptive T cell transfer therapy have shown improved survival in melanoma, non-small-cell lung cancer, and renal cell cancer patients1,2. However, only a fraction of patients benefit from immunotherapy

2 years after radiotherapy
So today I had the results of my MRI two years after 6wk course of radiotherapy. Last year my AN had stabilised at 21mm however today was told it had increased to 23mm. Quite shocked at this as was expecting to hear I didnt need to be scanned for two years. Trying to be positive - gonna be a long wait

Progression on Ibrance
I have been on Ibrance and Aromasin since February. My CA27-29 dropped steadily each month, and my PET scan showed a complete clinical response in July. The next month the markers began climbing but I was told no worries. They climbed again in September and by October had doubled from July. A PET scan
