Beta hcg at 28 on 7.5DP5DT. Help ?
Hi everyone. My clinic likes to test for beta hcg 9DP5DT. Unfortunately my clinic is closed on 9 days past hence they ordered a blood test the previous day. My transfer was late evening so I was technically 7.5 days past my 5 day transfer at the time of drawing blood and my result was 28. I am retesting

Hi I’ve only just been diagnosed with MPN-u unclassified so still trying to get my head around things .Am I right I’m thinking it’s a slow growth blood cancer ? I have no mutations but slightly raised platelets ( for 21years & I’m 51) but slight scarring on bone marrow which is a little fibrous .Really

From ana positive in past to ana negative??
I have always been ana positive in the past and my recent one was negative which puzzled the rheumatologist, as I have been suffering from increased inflammation which showed in my bloods. I have been feeling dreadful and she says it's due to increased lupus activity. Has anyone else had this happen

8DP5DT too early for beta hcg ?
Hi lovelies. I am now 7DP5DT. My clinic said my beta would be 9 days after my transfer - however that falls on a public holiday here where I live. So they scheduled my first beta for tomorrow at 8DP5DT. I tested at home on a Clearblue Digital at 6DP5DT and it was a BFP. Is 8DP5DT too early for a good

I’m 12dp5dt and have had excruciating pain in my abdomen with a slow bleed for a week.I’ve had a UTI and negative reactions to pessaries and pretty much house bound due to pain and breathlessness, with bloating, tender breasts and constipation. I’ve been in touch with my clinic and was told to do the

Hey ladies, Need some advise! We just had our second round of ICSI abroad I had 2 5day blastocysts implanted the clinic said I needed a blood test yesterday. With being back in the uk and Covid it’s a nightmare to get one as my GP was horrible on our first cycle saying not the process! So this time

Are immature cells bad and why do I need another bone marrow biopsy?
Have been MF for 15 months and being treated with Ruxolitinib. Not showing any symptoms and feel well, other than an enlarged spleen. Blood counts are good, except for a slightly lower Haemaglobin concentrate, and slightly increased white cells. My last blood test showed some immature velds, so they

Who s tried to get a blue badge with an advanced MPN
My wife is pushing me to apply to get a blue badge. My last pre transfusion Hb was 47 and I really thought that I was at risk of a severe superior mesenteric artey failure . Pre transfusion I did not eat for 4 days as anything in my stomach caused ischaemic symtoms which were only relieved by lying on

should I be worried?
I am currently 5weeks and 4 days but with no symptoms at all, on the 5/11 i had my hcg and progesterone level done and the hcg was at a super high as I got told and progesterone was low, but due to no symptoms I have done a few more test and I keep getting the 2nd line very faint should I be worried.

Myelofibrosis - thank you for the support
A few days ago I posted about my new diagnosis of post ET Myelofibrosis and I just want to say thank you for all the responses and support I received. Without this forum I would feel quite lost. I'm feeling absolutely exhausted today, as if having my morning shower was enough exertion for one day. However
