Chest x-ray - not great đ
Hi peepsđ Hope this finds you as happy and healthy as you can be in 2020đ My RA path has taken a slight diversion this year. Having been diagnosed late in 2015, I'm not long into my RA journey in comparison to many of you guys. I'm seropositive, and have been since the beginning, and built up to Metoject

Not sure what to do with changing medication
Hi, I appreciate that I can't get any medical advice here but would like others opinions. I am currently pregnant and likely to have a c-section at the end of March. I was diagnosed with RA in September and started on Sulfasalzine and Hydroxychloroquine. Unfortunately these don't seem to have worked

Not sure if I had a heart attack
I had my 3rd ablation in March 2018 and all has been well for about 1.5 years. In October flutter/afib came back with a vengeance. Extreme anxiety, atrial beat up to 300 maybe 50% of the time, fatigue. Then mid-October, in the middle of the night feeling generally awful and unable to sleep, Had no pain

Still struggling to find a way to help Hubby manage this disease
I have just noticed that its 3 years since I posted, and, despite a change in medication, nothing seems to have changed in our house. Now off Cimzia and on Baricitnib (with some improvement at least in his hands), still on MTX - we are still trying to find a better lifestyle to help dearly beloved to

Reducing drugs?
My question is when do you know if you are actually in remission as opposed to the drugs are just working? I have responded well to drugs over the last few years, I am currently on methotrexate and cimzia, having stopped sulphalizane. I am nervous to stop taking the drugs in case the pain comes back

Sulfasalazine used with a biologic?
Does anyone use or have knowledge of sulfasalazine taken together with a biologic? My RA doc, pharmacist and i are looking at my taking sulfa with Cimzia. Sulfa on its own has worked best for me, while methotrexate has had no effect. Any help is greatly appreciated!

What are the side effects of Methrotexate?
What are the side effects of MTX? Going to start it next week. Cimzia biological drugs didnât work with Sulphursalazine, SULP made me feel tired, brain fog and low iron!! Replaced SULP with Hydroxychloroquine, but made no difference (now that I have given up on trying to become pregnant) Rheumy would

Frustrated
I have moments Iâm emotionally okay and then Iâm just not. I was diagnosed at 33, I will be 35 this October. Started on Methotrexate with lots of lymph node flares, decreased from 10 to 5 and back up to 10mg. Then the Dermo for psoriasis freaked out I was on MTX and switched me to Cimzia which clearly

Cimzia reinjection
If I put in the Cimzia needle and it hurt so bad (& bled) so I pulled it out, can I reinsert the needle on another part of my leg?

Looking for advice on EP visit and next steps
Hi all, It's been quite a long time since my first post -- almost 2 years. I had my first non-converting episode of AF back in July 2017 when I was 27 years old, in which I eventually needed cardioversion to get converted back to sinus rhythm. I've since been on 120mg Cartia XT (diltiazem) extended release

Humira
Benepali is not working for me anymore and the doctor wantâs me to try Humira. When I read about the possible side effects, I get terrified. Especially heart failure, and even cardiac arrest. Can someone with more knowledge about this drug, possibly ease my mind? I an currently also on MTX 20 mg. Earlier

Profound exhaustion just starting Cimzia; does it go away?
I have never felt so tired in my life, and that's saying something, since I've always been tired for as long as I can remember. Just started Cimzia about 4 weeks ago (have had two loading doses of 400 mls each) and all I want to do is sleep. Feels like an effort just to raise an arm. Has anyone had

Cimzia
I was wondering if anyone here has been on Cimzia. My rheumy wanted to put me on humira but I guess thats for the rich and famouse here in the states. I have been on methotrexat and it was great until I got a perforation in my intestine. I have been on lafluentamide and it isn't really doing it for me
