GP review update
mum and I have been to doctors and mentioned cold hands and feet and was told it was bisoprolol, the headaches were because too low dose of ramipril, and mum will be going for blood test to see how her liver and kidneys are doing before he changes her ramipril dose. but there was no explanation on why

GP appointment today
Hi I spoke with a different GP to get my dose increased since the one I have been seeing and my endo don't seem to have a clue with dropping my dose so drastically from 150mcg levothyroxine and 10mcg T3 to just 50mcg levothyroxine. They did not pay attention to my symptoms but the GP I have seen today

Thick nasal mucus in the mornings
For several months, i consume blackmores wholefood multivitamin, magnesium (my tremors become better but it isn't my interested topic), vitamin d3, omega 3, garlic, and drink green tea. I even stopped having added sugar, cheese and milk at all. I was happy this week after I've found out that I'm not

Calcichew 500mg tablets are different sizes in container...
But I'm now paranoid that the smaller tablets could be the
D3
versions of
Calcichew
. Do the sizes of the Calcichew 500mg tablets vary? I think I've taken the same sized ones so far, so seeing the smaller tablets is confusing me.

Vitamin pills
Hello Zeta-Chi Have you tried vitamin pills? Not the kind you can buy in supermarket or chemist but more expensive and better quality ones you can buy on the internet. I recommend a site called Nutriglow, they offer vitamins at discounted prices. They say that you should get all vitamins you need

Adrenals or more T3?
So, how long does it normally take for t3 to enter the system? When I take generic t3 5mcg...along with my Levo, I get palps within 30 mins or so. It then goes away and I feel slightly hyper and fatigued. Is this an indicator that I need more T3? What are some experiences that anyone had with starting
