Jak2 and Besremi reduction
My latest test results continue to show a reduction in JAK2 (56% to 24%) since I started
Besremi
in February 2022. The downward trend was slow at first, but I'm happy it continues to drop. I'm at 150 mg.

Update 7.9.5
I remain at target on 175mcg
Besremi
. NEUT=1.44 (low), LYMPH=0.51 (low), WBC=2.52 (low). I am still mildly leukopenic but the range is acceptable. The plan I have made with my MPN Care team is that we will monitor at 8-week intervals.

Update 7.8
Besremi
increased to 175mcg on 11/22/23. As of 12/15, HCT is basically stable at 45.4% following two increased doses of
Besremi
175mcg. HGB is stable at 14.7. PLT is down to 235, the lowest it has ever been but not a concern.

Besremi and Afib
I never had Afib before but as my
Besremi
dosage has recently been increased, it seems like I am more fatigued and my watch is telling me I have a high percentage of Afib incidents. Going to a cardiologist to check but I do understand that
Besremi
can contribute to afib.

Besremi or Jakafi coverage on Medicare?
Anyone on here have Medicare coverage for either of these drugs? I just went online and see that the cost would be about $3,500 a year. Thanks!

Besremi & depression
I began
Besremi
about 4 months ago and at first I felt more like myself than I have in quite awhile. The past month or two I'e felt some depression, feeling blue and generally very low on energy.

Fatigue with PV using Besremi
I am taking 450 mcg/ml
Besremi
every two weeks. Is fatigue a problem with PV or
Besremi
? or both? Does anyone have similar experiences?

Besremi clinical trial opportunity
My Dr thinks I'd qualify for a clinical study on
Besremi
for ET. I don't think this drug is available in Canada yet, so this may be a unique opportunity.

Besremi in France?
Hi all, I mentioned
Besremi
to my hematologist (as I am not tolerating Peg well). He knew about it, but said it was not available in France yet. :( I asked if I could pay for it myself, but, apperently, it would be thousands per months (if I could get hold of it).

Besremi Temperature Update
I recently posted about contacting Pharma Essentia due to a refrigerator malfunction and
Besremi

Pegasys --> Besremi and HCT
I recently made the jump from Pegasys to
Besremi
. I was on 135ug every 9 days without need of supporting venesection (at least for the last 8 months or so).

PV with Exon 12 Mutation & Besremi Treatment Experiences
Has anyone had a similar experience where
Besremi
primarily affected the WBC but not the HCT or Hb levels? 2. For those who've been on
Besremi
, after how long did you notice a significant reduction in erythrocytes and hematocrit? 3.
