Good end to 2023

I got what will be my final labs for the year yesterday! And I was so relieved and happy. Hct 42.9 (and holding 😆), wbcs 4.4 and platelets 347! Last year my platelets were 1,7 million! And thyroid is now normal at 3.4. Besremi has been a blessing to me. Now we will cross the bridge of my MRI of my brain in January but for now trying to enjoy this great news! I am so grateful to all of y’all’s posts and help. I hope everyone has Happy Holidays! And I hope for an even better 2024 for all of us! I pray medicine keeps advancing to help everyone!

That's terrific news! you must feel "on top of the world". We all want to have that feeling , those taking Besremi. I go see my MPN specialist this coming week to discuss my continuation with Besremi(50mcg right now) and if I can tolerate titrating upward. Last time I did I had higher BP, severe headaches. Hoping I can titrate up and these symptoms will not return. Congrats again and have a wonderful holiday season.!
