Low Beta, no sac- is this ectopic? Help please
Hi All, I had a frozen 5 day embrio tranfer done. On a test day my pregnancy urine test was positive but the line was weak. I did a blood test at 4+4 and result was only 55 beta. I repeat it 2 days later and it was 83. I had a scan at 5+5 - no sac visible, another blood test - 126 beta. I stopped all

Addison's disease
I stopped taking Abiraterone three months ago to have a vacation. Was on it for six years. I tapered of the prednisone. I became very fatigued. Could hardly do anything in the morning and then limited things in the afternoon. then I thought of my low cortisol level (due to the abi) a couple years ago

Intrinsic Factor blood test
How long does it take for NHS to run this test? I had the test done last Tuesday, but the results are still not showing on my records.

I was told by Dr. V……….the consultant that I had to reduce my meds to 50 mcg and have no t3 at all. I had my bloods taken again yesterday morning and this is the result of what he’s done. I put in my complaint about him 2 weeks ago and still haven’t heard back, so I’ve sent a reminder. I am going to

Hypo Dr lowered dose!
Hi everyone, My Dr. lowered my prescription from 150mcg to 125mcg on the basis of a TSH result of 0.01. Test done as advised on here. No T4 or T3 was done. No discussion about symptoms . In fact it was done without any discussion. I’ve had to wait a month to have an appointment with my Dr. Was not

Premature cardiac risk
“20” percent of humans have elevated lipoprotein (a), putting them at risk for heart attack, stroke, and aortic stenosis. Unfortunately, only 3/10 of a percent (.3 percent ) of U.S. primary care physicians ever test their patients, unlike physicians in the EU and Canada. The link below will offer more

Sources of T3/NDT
Hi everyone, Following my recent test results in which my T3 levels had dropped (with no change of dose) and meeting with an endocrinologist who insisted everything was 'optimal' (although only just within range) I would like to explore either adding T3 or switching to NDT. I would like to know of

Happy New Year! Newbie, posting results for help/advice please following my “shock” post in December
Still trying to digest everything from my December diagnosis of Hashimoto’s and advice given. Instead of adding to my previous post I thought it better to begin a new one to incorporate my blood results that several of you kind people requested. T3 medication
I’m taking T3 medication and want to know if anyone who is also taking T3 has daily headaches. I suspect that the headaches may be a side effect of t3 medication.

Last month I was diagnosed with grade 3 fatty liver through an ultrasound. I am 27 & extremely obese ( BMI - 33 ) . Just before that I had a drug reaction which led to short term Hemolytic Anemia and Jaundice . At that time everything on my LFT was elevated . It's been 40 days everything else on my LFT
