Azarga eye drops

The opthalmologist changed the prescription to Azarga, taken morning and night. I still have unused bottles of Latanoprost. Can l use latanoprost at night and Azarga in the morning? I hate to waste medicines and would later switch to only Azarga, night and day.

Just had my first drop of Azarga this morning. It took two hours before tiredness/dryness in the eyes lifted. Fortunately, l'm retired and had no need to drive. Is this normal?Also, can you take tamsulosin with Azarga? Thanks for the help.

I'm already on a number of eye drops each day (Azarga, Brimononidine, Dorzolamide and Lumigan) and I mentioned Roclanda to my consultant at my next hospital appointment.

Avoid Azarga as can cause palpitations and severe problems if have a heart condition.

previous pressure reached 28, once i got to this level I got damage in my eye and it became glaucoma tried azarga and alphagan could not continue, side effects offered slt, best on a virgin eye before you start using long term continual beta blockers etc.

i decided follow up my third opt and decide with his results and who has told me 1- view lost 2- eye neuro lost 3- eye hypertension diagnosis all together “ can name glaucoma “ i am now using the drop named Azarga for both eyes morning n evening “ regeading my sharing , i like you also

I’ve been prescribed Latanoprost once a day in both eyes and Brinzolamide/timolol (Azarga) in left eye twice a day. Will I need to add moisturising eye drops and if so which ones and when in my daily regime? I am due to have an iridotomy soon, will I still need drops after that procedure?

Pressures currently 18 in that eye and 16 in the right eye where I still have a combination of two drops, monopost and Azarga, so not too bad 🙂. I am due an occupational health appointment with my employer soon as I am struggling a bit with my sight.

Is anyone here having trouble getting hold of Azarga eye drops? Thanks for any answers.

From January I was taking azarga then alphagan for 3 months... I had severe anxiety attacks and could not eat. I then chose to have SLT as I did not like taking these harder drugs. The NHS is considering doing SLT in the future as the first line of treatment before giving drugs.

I was given monoprost and originally azarga. In january my pressure was 28 in both eyes before i took the medication. I switched to monoprost and alphagan as I had a problem with azarga, however my previous doctor was not happy with the pressure reduction from 28 to 23 and 25.

Then retinal detachments both eyes and artisan lens & more recently (for 18 months) being treated for recurring cystoid macular edema in L eye, which has reduced my IOP’s to 14 & 15 using Azarga and Xalatan drops since Xmas. IOP’s were previously not under control 27 & 26.
