PV and high altitudes.
I am on hydrox and baby

and have primary PV. Am wondering if travel to high altitudes could be life threatening for folks like me?

Sunday’s poem Timothy Winters - Charles Causley
Old man Winters likes his beer And his missus ran off with a bombardier, Grandma sits in the grate with a gin And Timothy’s dosed with an
aspirin
. The Welfare Worker lies awake But the law’s as tricky as a ten-foot snake, So Timothy Winters drinks his cup And slowly goes on growing up.

6 month study for use of stent or placebo effect
At the moment meds increased to 60 mg nucleotide monohydrate and been put on 5 mg of amlodipine as well as statins and 75mg of
aspirin
. Wondered if anyone else has been asked to take part in this. My end is Basildon cardiothoratic centre in conjunction with Imperial college.

Main differences in blood tests results for ET and PV diagnosis?
Although I have an ET JAK2+ve diagnosis, my platelet levels have never been as high as a lot of people report on here- generally around the 500ish mark and more recently being only 425 (despite only being on
aspirin
) .

Also the inclusion of Clodiprogrel to protect my stent again i still take Losartin 25mg and Ososobide Mononitrate 30mg and
Aspirin

Hi I have now been given
Aspirin
75mg to go a long with the 3.5mg of Warfarin also my Atorastatin has been increased to 40mg. Started to think this is a bit over the top with the amount of bruises that I am now finding on my hands and arms Anyone else have this ?
