Aspirin and Warfarin over the top

Hi

I have now been given Aspirin 75mg to go a long with the 3.5mg of Warfarin also my Atorastatin has been increased to 40mg.

Started to think this is a bit over the top with the amount of bruises that I am now finding on my hands and arms Anyone else have this ?

From what you say it would be worth talking to your GP/Cardiologist about your particular situation and possible alternatives. I only take low dose aspirin and bleed from the smallest abrasion and bruise easily. However if you believe your side effects are serious you should talk to your GP,

The bruising definitely I'm on aspirin and clopidigril with the same affect

That's c ompletely normal and not considered to be a problem

Hi ChasNick, you don't give any explanation as to why they have changed your meds. Has anything changed? There must be a reason.

I am on clopigrel and aspirin and bruises came up easily in first three months but now it is hard for me to get bruises even if I bang myself hard. I sometimes doubt if the drug is working..
