PSA doubled after starting Tamsulosin
Hello, I would like to know if anyone had a similar problem with Tamsulosin. I have had 3 PSA tests in the last 6 weeks. The first 2 PSA tests (taken with a catheter) I had the same PSA of 13.97. The last PSA (without catheter and taking Tamsulosin) my result was 26.17. Is this rise in PSA normal

hoping for some feedback from you guys.
Keytruda was a lifesaver for me. I would have died theee years ago without it. But now I’m getting a slow but steady PSA increase (currently only 0.95). But I’ve been here before, many times, watching it grow from super low to massive numbers. I did a PSMA scan and pretty much pinpointed the location

Lynparza
Been on Lynparza for one month and PSA is going up -was told that it is not uncommon for PSA to rise before it falls again. Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you.

considering Pluvicto or Erleada
I finished 2 rounds of low dose CheMo which did not help. I have one kidney so I really need to take care of it. I was in renal failure in July for a few days but back to “normal” now. I also had a mild stroke over Christmas and almost back to “normal” PSA is up to 213 so I need to decide whether

For those on Lupron experiencing fatigue…
I have been on intermittent Lupron for over ten years after biological reoccurrence after robotic prostatectomy. Fortunately it has worked well to keep my psa in check but fatigue and general loss of stamina has kept me from engaging in many physical activities I used to enjoy. FORTUNATELY I have been

RISING PSA
Just want to add. My last bone scan was September 2022, results were negative, no sign of cancer in bones. Last Prostate MRI was September 2022, was told cancer still contained in capsule.

I'm on Casadex now going over 2 years. My PSA has been holding fluxuating between 18 and 22. just got my last blood test back from 1/31/23. PSA IS 32 now. I'm looking for the best way to proceed. Found out I had Prostate Cancer in 2017 or 2018 don't remember exactly. My next appointment with my Urologist

TURP for prostate cancer patients
It’s more than 6 months since my last post. My dad took Lu-J591 in last August 2022 and I planned to share his experience if the result’s positive. Unfortunately, his PSA did not reduce and now it is 135. From last April, he had suprapubic catheterization because of urine retention. It makes him easily

Update on Pluvicto Treatment and my New T-shirt for the Next Infusion
Third day after my Pluvicto infusion. Noticable reduction in pain today and for the first day since I got home, I got out of my pajamas and off the couch for more than 20 minutes. My cancer has been progressing rapidly since my last PSA check in December around 60 all the way to 243 with no treatments

Prostate - my PSA is sharply up
I am to have another blood-test in a month to see if my PSA is down from 10, and for a few days before I am to refrain from cycling and sexual activity. This last: does that mean sexual effort? ejaculation? both? I didn't like to ask the lady. What do others think?

Severe Spinal Stenosis Surgery and RA/PsA
Hi everyone, haven’t posted or respond to people for a while as I’ve been in quite a lot of discomfort. As I’ve previously posted about I was initially diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and then psoriatic arthritis . I have a history of 30+ years. Following a recent MRI scan, my spine has deteriorated
