Home Delivery Service
Does anyone have their meds delivered? I ended up having my MTX delivered by the HomeService, organised by my consultant, as my GP wouldn't prescribe the injections, even though the tablets made me sick. Got a call from them to say Meds would be delivered to me at work. I expected the 8 wks worth

Natural Anti-depressants
Anyone have positive experience of taking natural anti-depressants.. Changed my thyroid meds a few times this year and became mildly depressed. Tried St Johns Wort with some result, gone on to Prozac for a few weeks which has stopped it, but have side affects. Love to hear of a natural product that works

Selenium
I h ave read on this site that selenium is recommended to help the conversion of T4 into T3 My doctor prescribed one 100mcg tablet per day I know that high levels of selenium are toxic. I'm therefore afraid to take the prescribed dosage on a regular basis lest it might accumulate in the body and cause

Raynaud's Awareness
This week I had to take part in a 3 day first aid course for work, and during the course we discussed the effects of heat and cold, so I thought that it would be the perfect opportunity to bring up Raynaud's, no one in the group had heard of it, (no surprise there) but whilst explaining it, the group

All my test results in easy to read format
I have just got all my medical records since I was born - very freaky! I have gone through and pulled out all my test results and put when my medications where changed and wondered if anyone would have a look at them for me. They are: TSH (0.25-5) FT4 (9-23) FT3 (3.5-6.5) 19/09/2008

work and RA
I had a meeting with my boss yesterday, as I am first aider and mentioned that when I start my TNF treatment that I might need to be 'excused' from my duties when dealing with vomiting children. My job consists of 3 parts, first aid being one of them - I have not had any time off due to my condition

HIRSUTE OR NOT HIRSUTE - THAT IS THE QUESTION
Having read an interesting little blog about hair loss and the bad language it causes, got me to wondering. If bald men don't get so much as a second glance, why is it so bad for a woman to be bald? One day this will be the norm anyway as the centuries roll on. You only have to look back a few thousand
