Ascende RT-trial
Basically it said for high risk patients the combo of
ADT
, Radiation and Brachy was the way to go. Brachy Boost is the term I think. I look on the internet for updates but can't find any. Anybody heard about any updates on this info or know anything more?

Pluvicto / Lu-177 - Do it now or later?
I am a metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer patient having undergone most SOC (RP, SR, docetaxel,
ADT
, Xtandi, Zytiga, Oliparib) steps. Now, like others, faced with very limited remaining SOC options: another round of the dreaded chemo like docetaxel or Lu-177 / Pluvicto.

what’s typically after taxotere?
My father did 10 days radiation to lumbar spine and pelvis, is doing
ADT
(zytiga,Lupron) as well the xgeva. He just did his first round of taxotere last week and we’re gonna get him through the 6 rounds, god willing. What’s typically the next step after chemo? Does he then do immunotherapy?

Concerns about treatment
I don’t know what to expect, but think it might be IMRT and
ADT
. I currently have a plan to drive across US in my RV fly to Europe and bike from Zurich to Amsterdam. Don’t know if treatment will prevent me from going out fatigue will squeeze all the jelly out of my jelly donut.

HRT, low white blood cell count & NDT

What is the recommended medication to start on please?
I'm having a telephone consultation with my endocrinologist tonight & after a lot of reading (on this site as well) I'm considering asking for NDT? This will be my first time being medicated so would really appreciate any advice from you? You all have far more experience than I & have been invaluable

Need help with understanding my daily 2:30 pm episodes
Hey everyone, I've been having a difficult time lately. I started getting these episodes around 2:30 pm where I'd become blurred out, fatigued, breathless, puffy, shaky, dehydrated etc. This has been going for about 6 months daily, it's exhausting, I have no life after 2 pm. I take 2.5 Armour + 7.5

T3 (Cytomel): How would you fit it in these results? Or would you? And all the mistakes I have made on this journey
Latest results (overjoyed to be finally here) - TSH .74 (.32 to 4) T4 14 (9 to 19) T3 4.2 (2.6 to 5.8) I am on 262.5 mcg levothyroxine (Note: In 50s so 50×5 & 1/4 of a 50) I feel what I would deem pleasantly okay. Always have felt the best on NDT, but I needed so much I could no longer afford it. And

Charged for importing 1 bottle of NDT
Has this happened to anyone else? I've been charged nearly £50 by Royal Mail for one bottle of Erfa 1 grain! I got the email from R.M this morning This has never happened before (I've only ever purchased Erfa once previously some years ago from the same place, and was not charged) I've not been charged

For anyone who is on T3 only... When did you realise you needed it?
Hi everyone. I've been on a real journey since January with Hashimoto's. I started on levothyroxine and it made me feel a lot worse. I started seeing a private thyroid doctor who looked at my bloods and saw my T3 had dropped on levo, and with my symptoms she decided levo was not right for me and put

Best way to take NDT
Hello, today is my first day taking NDT. I was on a T4/T3 combo for the last two years. I usually chewed my meds (T4, T3) and tried to grind them as much as possible with my teeth before drinking a glass of water. What is the best way to take NDT? Can I take it in the same way to ensure good absorption
