Who is taking NADH?
My husband has Parkinson's and he plans on trying it, but we don't know what brand to take. It is confusing. I believe that Dr. David Brikmayer patented the one that was used in the trial testing and warns that the others are not the same. They are all expensive so I want to be sure we pick the one

Trialling Buprenorphine and Dipyramidole - experience
What I do know now is that I have the gene variant BTBD9 for poor iron metabolisation, and with it, also poor
adenosine
build up and low dopamine. I finally got to see a neurologist after over a years’ wait, but it was a pointless visit.

non cardiac chest pain!
At long last I had an angiogram today which showed just a little plaque in two arteries so my cardiologist decided to continue the test with
adenosine
. We were both surprised to find I do not have MVD despite symptoms. Cardiologist also came to the conclusion that I don’t have spasms either.

I´ve chosen this title as I am going to give you a look at my life as it is, as it was when diagnosed and how I am moving forward as many people have been asking about my regime. I will keep to the facts . I am 74 this Nov and have tremor dominant PD. About 6 yr ago my GP suggested I get checked by

Tremor tremor
It has been 5 years since my Diagnosis and now 7 years living with PD or from my first symptoms thhat were a little tremor R/H, dry eye, loss of smell. I am now 73 and have posted and joined in others discussions here over the years and have great faith in what I read on many of your posts. Not to re-hash

Study indicates that CoQ10 might be useful for radiation fatigue
Methods: We proposed a mitochondrial bioenergetic mechanism of radiation-induced fatigue that links impaired oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS) via a complex III defect and
adenosine
triphosphate (ATP) depletion as a result of XRT.

Mitochondrial Protections from Exercise (Part Ib)
There have been very many studies published on the effects of exercise, especially of endurance/aerobic exercise, in restoring the number, the quality and the activity of mitochondria, both in the skeletal muscles, the heart and in the brain neurons. As these are our highest energy demanding tissues

Acupuncture in "Chapter 26: Traditional Chinese Medicine: a "hidden" wonder behind a different vision".
Some studies aim to show that the potential benefits of acupuncture depend only on the use of the needles, regardless of where they are inserted, increasing
adenosine
levels (Goldman 2010). But there are numerous studies that show that they do depend on the insertion point.

Dipyridamole, Adenosine and RLS (Oh My)
“Dipyridamole is proposed to increase coronary blood flow (CBF) by inhibition of
adenosine
uptake into cells, resulting in an increase in interstitial fluid (ISF)
adenosine
and an
adenosine
-mediated vasodilation.” Dipyridamole is also and ENT1 inhibitor.

Coffee & caffeine: can the benefits of coffee be replicated without coffee?
“ Most of its effects are attributed to caffeine by the antagonism of
adenosine
receptors in the central nervous system; however, other coffee constituents like chlorogenic acids have also shown much promise in therapeutic value.

CoQ10 and NADH for chronic fatigue
I've been doing a little reading on these two supplements as treatments for Chronic Fatigue. Just a few articles I found through a google search. Seems like this might be promising approach but I also don't know anyone that's tried it. I'm hoping someone here could chime in... In addition to chronic

La Roche’s Prasinezumab (“Passadena”) Trial (BN42358)
Diagnosed with PD two years ago at the age of 48, I guess I’m one of the lucky few to be selected for Roche’s Prasinezumab trial, due to begin this fall. Since my diagnosis, I don’t feel that my symptoms have gotten worse and I’m still able to keep the diagnosis to my inner circle (symptoms: slower

Explanation: I would like to share this chapter with all of you. Because of a worsening in my mother's health, I don't know when I will be able to resume the English translation of my book on curing Parkinson's. I will be sharing some chapters in this extraordinary forum. I have to stop my investigation
