Rib Fractures Mimicking Bone Metastases in 18F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT for Prostate Cancer.
We present a case of a 69-year-old man with history of prostate
adenocarcinoma
who underwent F-PSMA-1007 PET/CT due to suspected biochemical recurrence. PET/CT showed F-PSMA-1007 uptake in healing rib fractures with no other pathologic findings.

New Guy in the Club--Considering Options
"Prostatic
adenocarcinoma
, Gleason grade 3+3 (score =6; prognostic grade group I), involving .06 mm (~5%) of 1 of 2 cores." Focal High Grade PIN on two other samples. Did some reading, wasn't too alarmed despite inherent creepiness of having cancer floating about.

Improving survival rates
Hi all, I had Ivor Lewis in June due to
adenocarcinoma
at lower junction. I went to go in September 2017 after problems swallowing certain food. This progressively became worse to the point I could only manage clear soup that was passed through blender and sieved .

CBD Oil
My father was recently diagnosed with
adenocarcinoma
of the lungs, with metastasis to lymph nodes in the chest and check. We are currently waiting for his MRI scan results to see if it spread to his brain. He will need chemo and radiation, but I also want him to start using CBD oil.

My first Post. Guidance needed please.
Gleason 5+5=10
Adenocarcinoma
in all cores. PSA 15.9. I’m 65 years old reasonably fit living in Yorkshire England. My PSA has been around the 5.5 mark for about 5years pre-diagnosis. They did a digital examination of my prostrate late 2016 and concluded it should be kept under observation.

It's Scanxiety Time Again
The surgery to remove the upper lobe of my left lung for
adenocarcinoma
was on June 1, 2015. Since then there have been periodic scans, but the anxiety before them persists. There is a slow growing nodule in each lung, so hoping for the best, but planning for the worst. Wish me luck on Tuesday.

Good news on sunny day - Clear after 3 months post chemo:)
I was advised that my CA 125 will not be taken anymore (Royal Marsden Ldn) as its not reliable in my case: mixed epitehlial high grade 2 (
adenocarcinoma
endometrioid, with elements of clear cell and serous). Are any of you in similar position?

Truth about Adeno?
Both mine were
adenocarcinoma
(75% lepidic). He said a few things - since I had a nodule in separate lobes it was not good (higher chance recurrence), he said most likely only there for 6 months (how do they know) and he also said that adeno "usually" recurs!

Melatonin - Review.
Because of the antigonadotropic effect of melatonin, the hypothesis that the pineal hormone could inhibit prostate cancer was tested in vivo in rat prostatic

My cancer has morphed to treatment-emergent small-cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer.
Hi Guys, I had a TURP in July and the pathology report came back that my prostate cancer cells were small-cell neuroendocrine type, while my original diagnosis was
adenocarcinoma
Gleason 10.

Radiation to mets?
You can see his story in my profile but to sumarize: Father has an
adenocarcinoma
and has lymph nodes and 2-3 pelvis Bone mets involment. He has prostate and nodes micro surgery removal (we already know that It wasn't a popular treatment when there are already mets)and Now he is currently on ADT, Zytiga

Mucinous Adenocarcinoma
I'm new here.... Back in 2015, at the age of 21, I had a very large borderline cyst on my ovary that was removed. It came back larger and in February 2018, at the age of 24, I had my right ovary and fallopian tube removed. It was Stage 1, but because of its size and having to be drained during surgery

Another question
How many of you are dealing with intraductal
adenocarcinoma
as part of your diagnosis? Does that imply that my husbands cancer is more aggressive than others?
