Adderall

Adderall works great for me. Everything seems to be a conspiracy against my husband. Legally, is there a way to have him committed for mental health treatment against his will? He’s threatened suicide many times to manipulate. Any advice

Tried Adderall XR briefly, but it felt too powerful. When my dr. tried switching me from 600mg Lamictal to Depakote ER. That's when I discovered my Lamictal dosing was too high. Being off of everything, I started thinking more clearly, despite my unstable quickly shifting mood swings.

I’ve taken adderall and other stimulants for focus and it never feels like they work to help me much. Are the medications that work on the brain does like opioids do. I don’t want to seem like an addict.

2:30a and I’m still wired. On 30mg extended release. Took at 7am. Am I taking too much?

I took adderall 30mg XR in high school and then allowed myself to get depressed and stopped taking it. I’ve been taking steps to getting my life back together but can’t get out of bed without medication.

I take 30 mg of generic adderall in the morning and occasionally take 7-15 mg after lunch. I more wonder if I need to switch meds or if this is normal

I am currently on 30 mgs (which, to be fair is, several milligrams more than the 5 that she started me out on) of Adderall XR and have not really felt any benefit from the medication.

I am currently on Adderall because I was diagnosed ADHD. i never struggled with ADHD symptoms before, so not really sure about that. But,it keeps me functioning. Last simmer I saw a GYN and she increased my estrogen to 2 mg oral. i tried all the transdermals and they didn't work well fir me.

There has been months of these same results and now my dr is basically telling me she’s taking me off the adderall (even tho these results worried me and I ASKED for blood work to see if I had an immune deficiency, got a test done for my thyroid, etc.)!

I take Adderall, and have for about two years now (for ADHD). It is very helpful in allowing me to focus on things, but I find that after I take my dosage (15mg morning, and again in afternoon) that my anxiety seems to peak and I get very depressed.

My doctor was quite against adderall but m not liking the side effects of the extended release . Frustrated

During enrollment, I disclaimed that he takes Adderall for ADHD. I immediately received a call from the school asking about it. Now, they are scheduling a call with 4 other leaders at the school to tell us they wont accept my son due to "his special conditions".

My son takes Adderall 20mg XL It really helps him and it lasts 8 hours.

So I decided to try Adderall for a change and really didn't notice much of a difference with that either and just stayed with it just because the slight benefits were better than nothing.

Zoloft 150mg and adderall 20mg xr plus 20mg ir was helping a bit, but now I'm not functioning well enough. I feel tired and sleepy. Gotta take a nap in the afternoon even if it's an hour after my doses. Been feeling depressed, Frustrated and impatient.

I have gradually eliminated and am weaning off medications for those conditions and instead using generic Adderall XR 30mg (under the management of a great PMHNP). But my question is now directed more for my daughter, who sees a different provider.

I talked to my psy dr about an afternoon booster and he agreed to give me Rx for 10mg of ir adderall. He was a bit hesitant about this though and told me to only use it a few nights a week, if I need to for work.

Anyway - I have been working with an amazing therapist who has helped me get it together, as well as wonderful psychiatrist who prescribed Wellbutrin and a low dose of Adderall. These two medications have worked wonders for me.

I’m 48, have had little success with vyvanse, Concerta and now Adderall due to side effects. All of these wonderful adhd meds are making me dreadfully tired, tachycardic and adderall is giving me abdominal pains and possibly affecting my urination despite lots of hydration.
