Advice on dealing with fatigue?

A friend of mine has been suffering rom fatigue quite badly. Always tired and a bit down at the moment! I was wondering if anyone had any advice on ways to deal with it. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks

I also am suffering from fatigue do to hormonal treatment. For me I try to go on long (>45 minute) walks, force myself to ride a bike at least ten miles. It seems like the more I exercise the more energy I have. That said, I also take a series of mini-naps throughout the day.

I am afraid fatigue goes with hormone treatment, but over a period of time you learn to live with it and get used to it. It is important to keep active and walk/jog rather than swim or cycle. The reason for this is, percussion exercise strengthens the skeleton and helps with osteoporosis. It also makes you feel better and after a time it helps fatigue.
