Be very careful using steroid cream on your face I was using dermovate on my face and it was rosacea on my face and this cream was really aggravating it . It took me weeks to settle my face down .See if you can see the dermatologist before using cream on face for possible sweets

Hi Faith12,
You may need prednisone or another medication to bring your facial SS under control. If you need a strong steroid cream, as 0573 says, first see a dermatologist.
I occasionally use hydrocortisone cream, a mild topical steroid. Dermovate (clobetasol) and betnovate (betamethasone) are much stronger.
