I’m still taking it easy as my calf strain recedes, but I can feel it’s improving quickly and I should be able to start running and rowing again in a few days. (I will still go and see a physio or podiatrist, to check out reasons for the reoccurring calf strain, just haven’t had a breather yet this week)
So this is of interest more to those who are indoor rowing: something to keep us rowers cool … as if we weren’t cool enough, already! 🤣🤣
But I’ve been using my downtime to fit my new “fan bag” for my C2 rower. It’s a bag that fits around the rotational drum, directing air towards you, whilst you row! How good is that!
So no need for an electric fan (which I don’t have anyway), but great for those summer months where the rowing room gets pretty hot.
So it’s environmentally friendly and cools you down.
