It's taken me nearly half way through the month but I have finally committed to a plan for yoga this month - no plan wasn't proving very successful. Some yoga was happening but not as much as I would like.
I am doing the 6 class restorative yoga programme on my Ekhart Yoga subscription and completed the first session last night. I think all the faffage arranging the multitudinous props is part of the process of resting the mind from everything else, never mind the eventual resting in a supported pose for an extended period! My hope is that as these are around the 40 minute mark it will ease me into being able to do more active classes for longer than 10 minutes too.
