ROWING: Week 2 of the 10k plan

In my online rowing community there is at the moment a sock craze happening with everyone posting the most beautiful colourful socks on the rower! So I had to search my wardrobe for the most colourful socks I could find, and follow suit!

I just finished the first day of the second week of the 10k plan, a 58 minute row, with pyramid intervals, and I reached 8.5 km. so not that far off!

But rowing is a bit different from running. And the distance plans do get you quite near quite early on, and then you work on speed.

Last week felt a struggle, this week I feel strong. Strange.

This is the third time I’m doing this plan, all the follow along videos listed and embedded from when I first followed it about two years ago!
