2 minute planks x3! I thought I was fit, I can do a set of 3 x 30sec normally and today I managed 1 minute x 3. I think I need to work up to this. Phew, it's tough

I used to do those sort of times easily, but thigs have slipped a bit recently!! I also read on the BBC a couple of years ago that squats are good all round, especially weighted squats.
