The YouTube channel RowAlong in January 2022 dropped a mini series of 6 RowAlong videos that build you up when coming back from illness.
And as I managed to contract Covid-19 two weeks ago, I am now working my way through this little Mini series. It’s great in how Coach John emphasises the gentle building up of stamina, as I can tell I’d for one would like to get my fitness back faster than my body really will allow.
So for all who want to give rowing a try, or return to rowing, or have rowed but were on a break, here is the link to the mini series!
