Back to our seasonal Strength and Flex challenge: This week another workout focussing on some props.

This is a bit of an unusual one. Youβll need a long foam roller and two small balls, Iβd think tennis balls would do. Possible the smallest dumbbells you gave.
The combination of music and Pilates looks intriguing, but itβs probably not a workout that you can follow along easily.
But Iβm up for it, and am really keen to try this.

Ok, this looks like an intensive 30 min, so not for the faint hearted. It also has some jumping jacks, so not exactly low impact. But for those of you who consider yourself capable of advanced or intermediate intensity workouts, this might just be your thing!

This was so much fun when I first did that more than a year ago. And according to my partner, he was ready to throw roses at my feet seeing me belly dance! πΉππΉ So I canβt guarantee you will find rose petals at your feet afterwards, but I can guarantee you will have had fun!
