HI Im wondering if anyone else takes cold showers? Im nearly 60 I exercise most days and the showers give me energy and really help with general aches and pains!

Not me..too many years of cold showers after gym and games, whilst at Grammar school..!!
Warm shower and turned down to tepid before drying!

I used to when I was younger, but now being hypothyroid I really need hot showers to help get my metabolism going, as with cold showers I cannot warm up quick enough.
