Bench dip progress!

Scheduled workout for today: NHS 10 min upper arm workout ( nhs.uk/live-well/exercise/1... )

I hadn’t done bench dips for quite a while and I remember starting them with Laura’s Strength and Flexibility podcasts. And when being introduced to these at that time (2 months ago?), I was only able to do 2 -3, maybe 4 at the most between resting my bum on the edge in preparation for the next one. So it was really nice to return to these after having done all sorts of other arm workouts, and what do you know! I’m able to do 10 at a time now!

And in the warm-up and cool down stretches on the blanket, I had a fabulous view of the cloud-layered sky! Hmmmmm .... ☁️ ⛅️ ☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️☁️

These are the days....

Happy Sunday everyone!
