Hi can the 10 min work outs be done alternative days to strength and flex with a rest day during week obviously

Yes, I do this with my running and rarely do strength training on a running day... so I alternate between my running plan and S&F (and similar)

I’m on 0 full rest days though... in January a few of us did activities every day, and for some of us it has continued as we target 12 months of every day work.

I agree on adding them in between. If you are just doing S&F and 10 min workouts, I would look at the 10 min ones that raise your heart rate a bit, the ones that have the jumping jacks or similar in to get a good cardio workout alongside your S&F. Rfc x
