Slow weight loss plan allows for exercises... and I’ve been busy this morning... dinner is gonna have to be huge to reach my calories 😂

But...for weight loss..should you not be having a good breakfast. A lighter lunch and less at dinner time?

The old..Breakfast like a king..lunch like a prince..dinner like a pauper..?

Just curious???

That’s usually where I’m at... but I ran mid morning, so breakfast was light... lunch was normal, and now I have too much left to eat... may have to hit up some empty calories!!!

965 cals seems a lot to burn off but you don't say how long you exercised 😉 Some tech really over estimates calories used on exercise.

I don't use calories but a friend of mine worked out the basic calories used in a "normal" hour and subtracted that from the total "calories burned" during an exercise hour on her techm

She also used to carry small packs of almonds, 12 per pack, to snack on just in case.

I don't have her will power or maths skills 😂

Total moving on foot is 8.8 miles... 95 minutes brisk walk or above and 45 of that was running... if anything it’s under estimating I believe.

I’m gonna go back to evening running I think... I couldn’t eat much at lunch as it was just after I got home... it takes a couple of hours for the rungry to kick in with me. My other option is to switch to maintenance calories and not add exercise calories back.

I think that is why my preferred running time is around 11.30 am, I like to come home have a bath and eat. Then have another meal later in the day. With the really long exercises sessions it is so hard to get your food right and at the right times. I often use a banana and cocoa powder smoothie post run sometimes as that helps to pack a punch straight after a run and gives me a bit of wiggle room to sort something else out.

Yeah... I’m never hungry post run... I go back to sipping water, but now the burn is getting serious some days id best learn how to get something in fast... banana should be pretty easy I guess.

I think that is why I like to drink it, I have been known to be sat in the bath with a smoothie, 😀apparently the first 15 mins after exercise is a good time for protein.
