Do not attempt Pilates roll downs after eating steak and chips, 2 decaf lattes and a chocolate tart. Not only does your stomach get in the way but it makes you feel really ikky 🤢🤣

Dispite this I reached the floor on the second roll down. Yay progress.

This week is going to be sooo bad for my waist line. 3 works do s in 2 days 🙈 luckily I'm off next week so can throw myself into some additional activity 💪

Tip tip... and great result 😂. I can’t eat steak, but my stomach gets in the way anyway!

Enjoy the works do’s... all the extra calories can also be considered fuel!

Oh nooooo. My stomach is just grumbling reading this 😂😂😂, lesson learnt. Well done for getting to the floor though. ✔️.
