Don't worry I won't post a daily progress report 😂

Touching toes - 6 Pilates roll downs before my fingers skimmed the floor so I am hopeful for this one.

Plank - blinkin 'eck! 15 seconds is a looong time.

Fwd seated stretch - well moving swiftly on...

Nice job getting started... sounds like the first one will come, and planking too, my first day on the 30 day challenge app I knew completing the month wasn't going to happen... but it did. Progress will follow effort always.

I did some stretches with a group of about 20 or so C25Kers. They''d just done W9R1.

We did the usual calf and thigh stretches with a 10 seconds plank and yoga positions.

I am definitely not flexible I discovered! 😵
