I am sorry it has taken so long to reply, this forum is a bit transitional at the moment. I have found these and wondered if they are of any use to you? They are Stregnth exercises that can be done on a chair.

I really do think you Gp should be able to point you to a good physio that can help you as well. It might be worth having a word with them and see what is On Offer In Your area.
