So am I. Difficult isnt it? What are your priorities?
To eat more vegetables in my diet, maintain a fitness regime, and bring my weight to 70 kgs. This means losing 8 kilos!
That's achievable no problem. Ive 10Kg to lose but lost 5 already. Walking, eating healthier but having the odd treat to keep me sane. Set yourself small achievable targets and before you know it you'll be well on your way to where you want to be 👍
You're at a half-way mark tomyour weight loss. Can I ask how long it took you to get there?
I started in the last week of March. Lost just over a stone so far. Got the bit between my teeth now. Do you have a step counter? Something like a Fitbit HR? Great tool to keep one focused. You can log all food and drink one eats, which helps one keep on track.
Good luck and if you need any advice/positive words just ask I am more than happy to help. Positivity is the key even when one maybe has an off day or one doesn't get the weight loss they thought they should. Most importantly, be kind to yourself.
