Foot Tendon problem

Hi, I've been running for 3 months, gradually increasing pace and distance. My main tendon in left foot is injured. Any suggestions please on building up strength to resume foot to normal flexibility, so I can start running again? Missing my running so much! Thanks :( Jayne

Have you been to your doctors? They might be able to refer you to a physio.
