Almost finished W5... :)

Well, been doing the S&F podcast now and then, but finally for the last 5 weeks I've been able to fit it into a regular routine. Now I'm really excited that I can also claim another badge....yippee :)

I will also try the new exercises that have been added and mix it up a bit. I still run 3 times a week and the S&F has really helped with this. Keep up the good work all you S&Fers :-)
