cocaine and tobacco are addictive but the effects can just be visible seen. unfortunately your sweet foods give the same effects as well but you can't simply seen them.Human body has a hormone named Leptin which is function to tell brain if your body has saved enough fat and brain automatically release the full .There is common misunderstanding believed people regarding sugar and weight loss and fat and obesity. Sugar and weight loss, No sugar Diet associated with all of those problem its true that weight gain is accumulation of fat but what cause the accumulation is not actually the fat itself
