We had a great response to the first week completing the new Health Activity Score Quiz! The average score was 55 out of a possible 103. Did you find it helpful to think about 15 ways to be fabulous?

Every Sunday we will invite you to re-do the quiz and get your latest score. That will give you a chance to think about how you can improve your score during the week.

We suggest you make physical activity the priority activity, but all 15 types of healthy activity are important, including social time and learning about health.

Here is a weekly planner to help you keep track of what you are doing. Over the coming weeks we will focus on each one of these activities with in-depth posts and tips.

Have a great - and active - week and see you here on Sunday for the Quiz!
