Knocked knees( valgus)

This is kind of a dumb question. Im doing everything I can to avoid surgery, and am finding wt loss and exercise are helping my knee. Someday I may have to bite the bullet and give in. My knees are very knocked, I’m wondering if knee replacement will also correct that deformity?
